a clean work environment throughout the department by doing general housekeeping. Supply the cook area with needed rework at all times. Keep all trash and cardboard emptied in proper receptacles.
Responsible for properly weighing and labeling all rework. Relieve B Cr me line personnel as needed. Batch dry blend for Marshmallow Cr me line. Dump starch as needed. Perform quality and procedural checks within product specifications. Comply with all GMP policies and practices. Perform an emergency stop as necessary; Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and policies. Report all safety concerns and potential hazards to a supervisor/team lead. Attend to any duties assigned by supervisor/team
lead. Must be able to upgrade to skilled labor positions. EQUIPMENT OPERATED: The employee must have general operation knowledge of all equipment on the line, which includes case sealer, box maker, cardboard bailer, trash compactor, dry blend mixer, and the elevator.
Also, the employee must be able to operate a hand truck. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Employee is trained on the job for 2 weeks and will be able to perform the tasks proficiently at that time.
