Responsible for properly weighing and labeling all rework. Relieve B Cr me line personnel as needed. Batch dry blend for Marshmallow Cr me line. Dump starch as needed. Perform quality and procedural checks within product specifications. Comply with all GMP policies and practices. Perform an emergency stop as necessary; Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and policies. Report all safety concerns and potential hazards to a supervisor/team lead.
