Must actively support all plant safety & quality standards: GEMBA, hazard mitigation, safety leadership, plant audits, HACCP, SQF, GMP, food defense and safe implementation of plant down activities. Ensures machines continue to run smoothly, building safe, quality systems to operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate. Manage plant-wide maintenance
and capital, maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost. Manage plant environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
Coordinate energy management optimization activities. Provide long-range planning for facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs. Develops, implements, and oversees predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs. Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. Accountable for maintenance budget & MRO. Coaches and develops training plans for all maintenance technicians.
Supervises the Maintenance Supervisor, Planner, Stores Coordinator & Maintenance purchasing functions. Qualify Vendors and Contractors and negotiate terms and conditions. Shares an obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging International's good reputation in our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, competitors, investors, and governmental agencies, and to act consistently with our core values: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork.
