Kitchen Porter: Responsible for maintaining
a clean work environment throughout the department by doing general housekeeping. Supply the cook area with needed rework at all times. Keep all trash and cardboard emptied in proper receptacles.
Responsible for properly weighing and labeling all rework. Relieve B Cr me line personnel as needed. Batch dry blend for Marshmallow Cr me line. Dump starch as needed. Perform quality and procedural checks within product specifications. Comply with all GMP policies and practices.
