Provides backup for the mixing deck, sanitation and inspection positions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Discards foreign material and notifies supervisor as required. 2. Inspects product passing over shakers for quality. 3. Maintains foreign material log book. 4. Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed, changes cutters as needed, greases and maintains equipment. 4. Opens damaged cases and repacks undamaged bags. 6. Performs general operational, daily and
downtime sanitation as required. 7. Prepares cases for packaging machines as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Minimum 3 months related experience and/or training Ability to complete certification through the Operator Training Program Have or be capable of obtaining Mc Cain Forklift Certification Physical Demand: Constant: Stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
