This position will be responsible for receiving raw materials, supplies and other items from vendors and suppliers. They will also be responsible for storing and loading the manufactured goods and preparing shipments to customers, while also maintaining the warehouse. Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: Check invoices, packing slips, bills of lading Check condition
of material Check condition of trucks Report defects following company SOP's Unpack, distribute to appropriate storage and/or work areas Complete required internal record keeping Store manufactured goods in warehouse according to GMP's/ FIFO Properly load and unload materials to prevent damage Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications Maintains inventory of shipping materials Operation/maintenance of forklift trucks and pallet jacks Operations of roll clamp truck to load and unload roll stock materials from railcars or trailers into the warehouse/staging area Ensure that prescribed safety measures are followed Comply with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations Performs other related duties as assigned Willing and able to assist at both the main site location and the off-site warehouse location when needed Ideally the individual that would be a strong fit for this position would have some of the following knowledge/skills and abilities; Proficient in reading, writing to complete required paperwork Perform mathematical functions as related to required paperwork Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, occupational hazards and related safety precautions in the work Operate a forklift and pallet jack Operate a clamp truck Mechanical aptitude An individual in this position must be able to learn and demonstrate the following skills; Electrical Pallet Jack Operation Forklift Operation Clamp Truck operation Advantz-ware Software System for tracking of packages Job Requirements: At least one year of professional working experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment with experience operating a fork truck Skills: Mechanical Job Preferences: High School Diploma/GED Experience operating a clamp truck Two or more years working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment in the shipping and receiving department Essential Job Functions include the following: Equipment Used: horizontal and vertical balers, forklift, banding equipment Personal Protective Equipment Required: Steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, leather gloves, hearing protection Lifting Requirements: Occasionally (1-10%) up to 75 pounds, with up to 50 pounds to a height of 5' Other Physical Requirements: Occasionally (1-33%) of the following activities: Standing, bending, squatting, climbing (up to 24'), reaching above the shoulder, reaching at waist or lower, carrying, walking and stooping Pushing and pulling force up to 15 pounds Frequently (34-66%) twisting Continuously grasping and sitting Not at all; stretching, kneeling, crawling or fingering Frequent use of both feet to use pedals Must have right and left-hand coordination Normal range of cervial motion required Position requires use of computers Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

This position will be responsible for assisting the Pressman in operating and maintaining the printing press efficiently, safely and accurately. Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: Ability to read and interpret job jacket information on upcoming jobs on production schedule. Responsible for locating sheeted board and comparing label on skid with job jacked to ensure correct material. Operates pallet jack
to move skids from raw material warehouse to press room. Loads skids of sheeted board on press conveyer and maintains conveyer during entire production run.
Responds to Pressman with any special request during press make ready, monitors press feed during press runs. Responsible for filling all press chemicals, loading inks, putting away inks when done with job and refilling process inks on press shelf when needed. Understand the importance of environmental responsibilities and proper disposal of press waste. Responsible for ensuring all used rags are disposed of in rag bin and that the lid remain closed Removes any full AQ/Fountain solution flush water drums from press to Non-Hazardous waste staging area.
Ensures that any new drum used to collect waste at the press are properly labeled Responsible for cleaning ink knives, cleaning ink fountains, cleaning water buckets, cleaning any coater spills, cleaning washer blades and keeping the press area in a clean state, as well as emptying all garbage bins in press area. Responsible for picking up used rags and gloves in press area, changing rag bag when full and maintaining stack of clean rags for use on the press. Assists the pressman in any maintenance of the press. Follows all company safety requirements Comply with all company rules and regulations Performs other duties as required to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the Company.
