Position Title : Front Line Leader Paper Maintenance Pay Rate : PL 11-13 (commensurate with education and experience) Category : Salary full-time (exempt) Physical Location : International Paper – Georgetown Mill 700 S Kaminski Street Georgetown, SC 29440 The Job You Will Perform: Responsible for all aspects of maintenance workflow, coordination, execution, and equipment reliability performance.

Partner with different operating managers in each area within the department, the maintenance management team, other technical disciplines, planning, contracted maintenance, mill stores, project engineering,

and reliability engineering functions to ensure high equipment availability, facility preservation, and overall reliable production that meets customer demand within budget.

Safe execution of work and managing and leading others to work safely Lead and manage safety of direct reports through both proven and innovative techniques Coordinate and lead efforts to support high performance work teams Maintain environmental excellence Maintain multi-million dollar critical equipment at work class availability Meet or beat financial and production targets in all measurement periods. Directly manage repair spending to meet budget Select, hire, and develop top technical and non-technical abilities
