What will you do as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician? Responsible for the execution of building maintenance processes within ELIN ENERGY LLC. Ensuring the daily checks of compressors
and auxiliary facilities, etc. Rectifying mechanical failures in administrative building installations. Completing mechanical installation processes for office-related changes, such as desk replacements.
Responsible for keeping the production machinery in operational condition within the factory. Promptly addressing mechanical failures in machinery and within the building. Providing support for electrical maintenance activities. Performing routine maintenance and monitoring of equipment on a daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annua lly , and annua l basis ensuring that relevant inspection forms are filled out completely. Identifying root causes of issues and proposing corrective and preventive
measures, reporting them to superiors. Completing maintenance shift activity forms thoroughly.
Preparing material issue forms for the spare parts warehouse. Notifying superiors for the order of required spare parts. Participating in spare parts warehouse counts. Implementing continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment efficiency and reduce downtime. Receiving training for the installation of new machines from machine manufacturers or superiors. Actively using the maintenance management module to perform fault resolution and manage the deduction of spare parts used during maintenance and repairs. Playing an active role in Kaizen activities. Ensuring continuous checks of equipment that undergo annual planned maintenance (generators, robots, compressors, chillers , water pumps, fire suppression systems, and air conditioning units, etc.
). Accompanying third-party companies during the maintenance of equipment that is subject to annual periodic maintenance. Organizing and maintaining the workshop and spare parts warehouse in line with 5S principles. Keeping organized records of material withdrawals from the spare parts warehouse. Taking responsibility for the assigned tools, equipment, and materials. Responsible for the execution of mechanical maintenance activities within the Maintenance Unit of ELIN ENERGY LLC.
Ensuring real-time and accurate data entry at each step of the assigned processes. Staying up-to-date with developments and innovations in their field of expertise , examining them, and presenting potentially beneficial information to their supervisor, while also contributing to the development of their team. Meeting the expectations of their supervising manager by providing timely and comprehensive feedback, reports, and information. Carrying out other tasks assigned by their superior that align with the requirements of similar job profiles.
Performing business activities in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Occupati onal Health and Safety regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities : None. Required Skills/Abilities Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team. Ability to give, receive, and analyze information. Ability to meet deadlines. May be required to work some overtime.
Knowledge of and the ability to speak the English language fluently. Ability to read, comprehend , and follow implicit and explicit written and oral instructions. Must be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner. Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail. Ability to use hands for 100% of work time. Ability to stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must have the ability to work overtime. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
