You will ensure the maintenance department has the resources, skills, training, materials, and information to support production operations and facility management safely and effectively. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Be responsible for volume, quality, delivery of end results, planning and finances/budget of Maintenance department.

Analyze issues and improve, change, or adapt existing techniques, methods, processes and/or systems. Have comprehensive understanding of customer needs and recommend and/or act on changes as necessary to meet customer requirements. Coordinate and negotiate with contractors to satisfy facility needs and create Appropriation Requests

(AR’s) with strong Return on Investment (ROI) to support financial expectations. Have detailed knowledge of the following key site Equipment/Systems used for Mfg.

Safety relief valves: Fire sprinkler system HVAC system Plumbing systems Access control system Video camera system WHO YOU ARE: You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. the team.
