Required Qualifications: Requirements include, but are not limited to: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of building and/or facilities maintenance and repair. Ability to successfully multi-task in busy, time-sensitive working environment Valid Driver's License required with reliable transportation Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents Excellent verbal and communication
skills Minimum HS degree or equivalent Successful completion of background check Must be available for emergency/on call situations; some weekends required Performance Expectations & Standards: The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and complete tasks assigned to them that meet or exceed industry standards.
