Perform preventative maintenance per Facility Maintenance Schedule. Complete CMMS work order documentation. Ensure work areas are clean and free from Foreign Object Debris. Provide their internal customers with correct products and services, on time. Create, communicate, and accomplish daily department schedules. Keep WOs and associated documentation with each part throughout the manufacturing process and
provide documentation to their internal customer. Retain traceability throughout the manufacturing process where applicable. Keep ERP data current and correct.
Follow processes as outlined all pertinent HCOA Operation Procedures, Work Instructions and OEM service manuals. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Knowledge of methods and techniques of troubleshooting, repairing, and installing facility equipment. Knowledge of methods and techniques of stick, carbon arc, mig, tig welding. Or the willingness to learn. Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, and painting to handle basic repairs and tasks assigned.
