necessary general maintenance repairs and perform related duties for the WHPDA business portfolio, Rawhide, GRBE properties. This includes lamp bulb replacements, A/C filter replacements, light plumbing repairs, roof inspections, building set - ups, etc.
• Provide back-up mechanical support for transportation department, boat operations department, security departments as requested within building portfolios. • Make necessary irrigation repairs on all water leaks throughout project Development, make necessary landscape field inspections of problem areas in field when requested. • Provide landscaping duties requiring use of chain saws, weed eaters, power tools. • Operate hand and gas operated
small equipment as needed for project back-up support, street sweeping all roads, business parking lots, and other designated areas. • Support recycle program when needed; pick up tilt bins as required in development.
• Support small HVAC & electrical projects as required within the project development. • Conduct water treatment analysis. • Perform general maintenance work orders concerning building portfolios. • Perform small carpentry projects with assistance to all WHPDA business portfolios. • Act as Roving Engineer for all maintenance issues, p. m. maintenance all businesses. • Perform table and chair setups for department meetings or events for buildings. • Help support facility
manager (GRBE/RAWHIDE/WHPDA) inspection requests. • Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time.
Key Qualifications-Education & Work Experience: • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a highs school diploma or GED. • Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and provide proof of past driving record for thirty-nine (39) months from the Department of Motor Vehicles. GRIC driver's permit will be required, drive. • certification needed to drive all community vehicles. • Must pass pre-employment drug screen prior to assuming position. • Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment.
• Minimum of three years related experience in construction and maintenance field and the use of hand-held power tools. • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, certifications preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to write and speak effectively, provide verbal and written reports as needed. • Ability to operate power tools & equipment as required. • Demonstrate knowledge in general landscaping qualities. • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting various business entities. • Dependable, reliable, self-sufficient, self-motivated individual preferred. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Outlook.
Language Ability: Ability to write and speak effectively. Provide verbal and written reports as needed. Math Skills: Ability to work with mathematical and apply such concepts to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in all formats and deal with both abstract and concrete variables.
