the Life of: As a member of our team, you will report to the Project Manager. You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to quality standards. The crew leader is responsible for directing the team to ensure high quality lawn/ grounds maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining associated equipment, paperwork, tools, and materials as necessary.
Your people skills will come in handy as the leader of the crew and will help you to maintain a fantastic professional relationship with your fellow SOAR365 team members. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance Observes and monitors individuals with disabilities and coaches/counsels as necessary; notifies Project Manager of any/all issues Participate in and/or conduct all job-related technical and safety training Requirements and Qualifications: Valid Virginia Driver's License Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) At least five (5) years of ground maintenance experience Minimum two (2) years supervisor experience Capability to work in inclement weather and extreme temperatures Knowledge of and ability to work with gas-powered tools and mowers Power to inspire and motivate others and create a positive work atmosphere Good oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interactions.
