Represent Langham Logistics Provide courteous, professional service to both internal and external customers Present a positive image of Langham to both internal and external customers Key Outcomes Expected Basic repair & installation work and associated material purchasing (including lock repairs, minor leaks, minor alterations, surface repair, remove/replace fixtures) Basic troubleshooting of maintenance systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC Maintain commercial facility utilities and oversee preventative maintenance program.

Build and/or facilitate building storage racks, cabinets, and other small scale maintenance projects for the facility. Intermediate skill with troubleshooting,

maintenance and equipment setting adjustments. Support new and existing vendors; work with vendors and other internal groups to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability and minimize equipment downtime.

Setup the use of tools and equipment prior to operations. Train operations employees on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment. Submit reports and participate in weekly tech calls. Assist with the implementation of systems developed by automation engineers. Perform other related duties as assigned. Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors This position is based out of a commercial facility. Intermediate handyman skills and experience Able to read, interpret and

use forms and other visual instructions in order to perform required work (ex: schematics, blueprints, etc.

) Ability to drive and support special projects throughout the facility to include procurement of tools and equipment Proactive in anticipating facility problems and alerting others to problems with projects or processes Detail oriented with strong organizational/prioritization skills Ability to identify facility problems, troubleshoot those problems with basic observational experiential skills Ability to work independently to help create change Ability to focus on and work safely with little supervision Ability to communicate verbally or written to managers, engineers and operators Positive and team-oriented attitude Maintain working use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and TEAMS Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with Robotic, Automation & Conveyor systems a Plus AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)/AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) experience a plus.

Pallet Rack construction experience a plus. Knowledge of Six Sigma/5S a Plus Experience/Education Highschool diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing or distribution facility Intermediate Mechanical Systems, Electrical systems and basic computer skills Basic understanding of industrial machines operating principles Physical Demands Must be able to operate computer and other office equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, walk, bend, push, reach Ability to sit or stand for hours at a time Normal Warehouse and office demands Noise level generated from other distribution activity can be somewhat loud at times, but no damaging levels or protective equipment required Temperature in the distribution center can vary greatly between temperature controlled zones Work Environment Work is performed in an Office/Warehouse environment.
