SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Responsible for ongoing cleaning of apartment common areas and grounds as assigned. Responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for new residents.
Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
