our machinery and maintenance department. This is an Overnight Shift position, 5pm-5am working on a 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off. The position pays at a rate of $32.41 per hour. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring Performance Efficiency – Managing machine performance by responding to equipment breakdowns, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, finding-fixing defects, and conducting Break Down Elimination on failures.

Preventative Maintenance – Equipment inspections, lubrication, oil analysis, IR Electrical imaging, Ultra-sonic testing, Motor Amp readings, temperature measurements and time based rebuilds. Safely Execute – Understanding, following, and enforcing

all established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive forward production Provide Top Notch Customer Service – Establishing rapport with business partners across the plant floor to solve problems with a strong sense of urgency with a common goal.

Your Recipe for Success Effective communication, basic computer software knowledge, interpersonal and organizational skills Sitting, standing, walking, lifting (50lbs), and/or repetitive tasks throughout the day Previous experience as a mechanic in a food manufacturing setting Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on packaging and processing equipment Skills working with electronic controls, PLC’s, VFD’s,
