contracted maintenance Maintain and report project(s) status Manage the overall maintenance of the Altronic Girard Campus Perform skilled special project/equipment troubleshooting including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, roofing, construction, HVAC, and PLC's Any additional maintenance
deemed necessary Requirements/Challenges. Ensuring and supporting a clean and safe working environment Able to multi-task and prioritize maintenance activities Able to communicate in a professional manner with contracted vendor services Strong Electrical/Mechanical aptitude Minimum 5+ years' experience Minimum Technical Certification/Technical Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience is a must Responsible as first responder for Fire Alarm System 24/7 in the case of an event Special Knowledge/Skills.
Strong PLC knowledge preferred Strong use of electrical testing equipment Strong Computer skills (MP2 Maintenance Management system, SAP knowledge preferred) Basic math skills
