all problem materials. Assist with opening/closing of facility, main building, and compost sites. Cover front desk as needed including basic sales and manual scale transactions.
Loading and delivery of compost and wood mulch for customers throughout Manitowoc County as needed. Assist with building and tipping compost windrows to specifications. Interact with staff, customers, and contractors in a professional and respectful manner. Assist with annual Hazardous Waste Clean Sweep event. Attend informational seminars and trainings as scheduled. Perform any other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have and maintain a CDL Class B Driver's
license w/out air brake restrictions and have a Federal Medical Card.
Knowledge of OSHA Standards and how they apply to the facility. Must be able to meet Ascend Services Inc. Insurance Carrier's Vehicle Insurance Standards. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year experience operating heavy equipment/dump truck.
