You will be responsible to: Maintenance Engineer, East Windsor, NJ. Function as the SAP Key-User subject matter expert (SME) on Hovione's Plant Maintenance Module and
the Scheduler and Planner for maintenance work orders. Provide access and authorization management for users of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module. Convert a paper-based work order system to a fully electronic system utilizing SAP and Fiori applications.
Plan maintenance work orders and plan repairs. Lead compliance related activities such as deviations, investigations, and corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs). Plan execution and follow-up of maintenance projects with contractors to include inspection of the executed works and invoice approval. Define the technical best solution and establish the material resource planning for spare parts management. Devise preventive maintenance
plans for any improvements identified during execution of corrective maintenance.
backss and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices. Implement techniques for predictive maintenance to include processes such as vibration analysis, thermography, or ultrasonic thickness measurement.
