repair of buildings and equipment. opening blocked drains repairing leaky faucets replacing bulbs and switches, receptacles, and baluster replacing and repairing screens replacing broken windows and sashes making minor repairs to machinery mixing cement or plaster painting buildings, rooms, walls or other surfaces trimming & weeding flower beds and mulching shrub areas as needed planting flowers or mulching as needed cleaning and sweeping walks power washing and cleaning outside of building as needed shoveling sidewalks or snow blowing winterizing buildings as needed by weather stripping, putting plastic on windows moving furniture inventory & order parts as needed for minor repair work changing
