Responsibilities Use vibration analysis equipment Troubleshoot vibration problems Collect and analyze equipment data Properly grease and lubricate equipment Inspect equipment for indication of possible failure Identify equipment that would benefit from PM technologies Review collected PM data Participate in root cause analysis and provide insight with the predictive tools and data analysis Participate
in evaluation of analyses and make recommendations relative to findings regarding maintenance Maintain communication with all resources associated with PM activities Accountability for use and maintenance of systems used Support activities to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers Support PM activities by building rapport with site customers Follow a daily customer site route using company vehicle Adhere to all company and customer Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality Management protocols Other duties as required Qualifications Required: Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude Strong computer skills Able to work overtime Ability to work independently High School diploma
or GED equivalent Valid Driver's License Highly desirable: Knowledge of AC/DC electric motors and other rotating equipment 1-2 years of vibration analysis Vibration level 1 certification The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM with an unpaid 30 minute lunchbreak.

SPECIFIC DUTIES Prerequisites: • Journeyperson Card (related to the job opening) and/or Seven years of applicable experience as a qualified machine repair person, toolmaker, or machine tool builder in troubleshooting, machine repair, tool making, machine building, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Have a basic understanding of electricity and electrical systems. • Demonstrated ability to read and utilize prints of machine assembly, layouts, hydraulic,
and pneumatic systems. • Experience in performing basic machine alignment using precision instruments in either metric or English measurement systems. • Have a good understanding of tool room equipment, operations associated with drilling, milling, surface grinding, and lathe operations.
• Experience in maintaining mechanical drives, presses, and basic welding. • Must have basic understanding of PC's and basic PC skills. • Must have good verbal communication skills. • Must be a proven self-starter with a willingness to work in a team environment. Job Duties: • Support the production operation by providing immediate response to all breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and follow all
escalation processes as defined. • Ability to perform production tasks as necessary or required by the situation.
• Troubleshoot and perform all required mechanical maintenance on automated equipment. • Performs lubrication tasks as necessary • Performs welding repairs as necessary. • Understanding of Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses • Understanding of Laser cutting equipment • Understanding of ovens and burner controls • Insure machine availability goals are met by participating in and organizing Root Cause Analysis activities to improve equipment up-time. • Assists in training employees in production roles to perform simple maintenance tasks as associated with TPM.
• Understand Predictive Maintenance technologies in order to understand when they apply to problems and participate in utilizing them as deemed necessary • Wears communication device as deemed necessary • Actively participate in any Skills Training Program required • Lockout equipment to be maintained and follow all safety practices and procedures. • Wears all required PPE for task being performed • Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities. • Utilize the CMMS to record and track work activities including time keeping, historical equipment repairs and work order/PM closures • Operates necessary material handling equipment to transport supplies to job and to make installations and repairs.
