the maintenance technician, you will be primarily responsible for: Completing general, routine maintenance duties and upkeep, including minor repairs, plumbing and HVAC Performing preventative maintenance duties General grounds keeping, including snow removal, lawn care, trimming shrubs, and maintaining landscaping Performing touch up and trim painting Assisting the maintenance director with regulatory compliance This is an entry-level position; previous maintenance experience is not required.
