Category/Shift : Salaried Full-Time Physical Location : 238 Mays Bridge Rd SW Rome, GA 30165 The Job You Will Perform: The Rome Mill is seeking an Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC), Fibers. The OMC is responsible for coordination of the operations and maintenance functions within the department to maximize the budgets and the reliability of equipment. The OMC will

accomplish results by driving reliability best practices into the daily operation of the business in the Fibers areas. The OMC, Fibers reports to the Business Unit Manager, Fibers.

Maintains budgeted production requirements at planned quality and lowest possible cost. Works with maintenance staff to determine ways to assure and improve the reliability of equipment and systems. Assure safety awareness, safe work and compliance with safety rules and policies in all work performed by Crew. Provides assistance and technical advice necessary to assist in the operations process. Leadership, including workforce engagement, diversity, employee development and labor relations. Communicate mill

and department performance levels and standards to Operators.

Responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with Plant Rules, SOPs and Corporate Policies and Requirements. Keep current documentation on allowable environmental permit limits and assure compliance with all rules, regulations and laws. The Skills You Will Bring: High School Diploma required, Engineering degree preferred. The successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Pulp & Paper Mill Supervision experience preferred. Pulp area or recycle plant experience including maintenance and First Line Leader (FLL) management experience are highly preferred.

Must be experienced using a computer and skilled in word processing, spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Excel), Microsoft Project, SAP business systems, and other databases.
