will make a difference as a HVAC/Facilities Maintenance Technician : Seeking an individual to perform building/HVAC mechanical maintenance at main facilities and various off-site properties. Position requires four (4) years' experience in HVAC service, building maintenance and general repair, including HVAC mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical service.
Vocational or Technical training in HVAC mechanical service preferred but not required. EPA universal or type III refrigeration certification required. good driving record Pass drug and alcohol screenings Pass criminal background checks ( 4) years experience in HVAC service, building maintenance and general repair, including HVAC mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical service.
