AS A SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, YOU WILL: Support the design, development, sourcing, and manufacture of electrical components and systems to develop new technologies, products and sustain existing products. Conduct feasibility studies to backss technology alignment with product specifications. Investigate root causes of field issues and implement permanent corrective

actions. Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes. Implement and maintain policies and procedures for designing and testing systems to ensure safety and quality.

Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions. Identify design improvements to address quality or performance issues. WHO YOU ARE: You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. You work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You follow through on commitments. You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5 or more years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS: Design of power electronics for safety and EMC compliance standards (UL, CSA, CE, FCC, etc. ). Experience with design of mass-produced electronics (PCBAs, cable assemblies, etc. ). Experience with embedded systems using ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, particularly in the areas of motor control and connectivity.
