Ability to provide mentorship to more junior coworkers on determination of compliance requirements for moderately complex major design change projects for all the skill discussed above. Understanding of Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) principles. Previous experience working with a delegated organization (ODA, DAS, DOA) is preferred but not required.
