Qualifications Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills.

Proven problem solving skills are required. Three years minimum manufacturing experience (exhibited process and product knowledge) is desired. Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment is preferred. Hands on ability and Data Analysis skills a plus. Familiarity or Knowledge of robotics and/or robotic systems also a plus, as is relevant experience with Paint or Painting application. Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering is required. Six Sigma training is preferred.
