Leading and supporting Lean activities and 8D's / A3's. Supporting equipment design upgrades to improve equipment utilization and optimization. Supporting standard work, ISO documentation, and procedural creation. Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements. Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes,
