Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining, updating drawings and Bills of Material and offer test support. Roles and Responsibilities Design systems and integrate the multiple systems using Solid Works from initial concept stage through production launch.
Generate and provide analysis of FEA studies in Solidworks. Generate and analyze drawings from parts/assemblies IAW ASME 14.100 and MIL- STD-31000. Assist in production problem solving by interfacing with the manufacturing team to find creative solutions. Communicate and collaborate with team members
and represent the company with customers and suppliers. Required Education/Experience: Education: 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
OR Education: 2-year technical college degree/military experience with 10+ years of mechanical and design/drawing experience. Technical Skills: Experience designing mechanical systems and power generation and distribution systems. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), problem solving, technical documentation/communication. Solid Works and 2D CAD and mechanical design experience are mandatory for this position everything else is negotiable. Personal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, problem solving abilities. Must be eligible to receive US security clearance (Note: Must be US citizen to qualify for clearance.
