development engineers. Designs, implements and sustains engineering of Company's applications and services. Oversees full life cycle product development to include analysis and planning related to product development, launch and deployment.

Acts as the interface to third party vendors from a business and engineering perspective with respect to requirements generation for meeting Company goals and with respect to licensable technology. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of

About the Role / Team: The Senior Manager has the opportunity to oversee operations for products and platforms in both the residential and commercial areas.

The team's responsibilities are wide and provides lots of opportunities to work across many technologies; Networking, Cloud, Linux OS, etc. On top of that, the team also manages thousands of specialized servers that interact with high volumes of network traffic. As a leader in the organization, you will also participate in a conceptual SD-Wan service. What You'll Do: This position will be responsible for multiple product operations engineering teams. The position requires operational oversight of products that require network and application expertise. Additionally, we are seeking a culture champion who will promote continuous improvement and high-performing team members.

Build relationships with and constantly collaborate with engineering and development partners to improve the resiliency and reliability of in-scope products. Work on AIOps and ML initiatives as they relate to product and network improvements. Leveraging the knowledge of other teams and growing knowledge within the operations engineering team. Utilize data to build intelligence for internal and external product reliability improvements. Has a data driven mindset - Must be able to use data to drive product and network improvements.

Growth mindset to develop the team in the ever-evolving technology world. Able to identify automation opportunities to drive efficiencies and resiliency. Skills & Experience We're Looking For: Operational Excellence - Experience in managing teams that operate enterprise scale products. Prior networking experience - Experience in networking concepts such as routing, BGP, SD-Wan, VLAN, and similar technologies. Manage remote employees - Responsibilities will require managing a team that is a mix of remote and office-based employees. Organize and resource planning through Agile project management.

Budget management and AI/ML experience are a plus. Additional Requirements: May require infrequent after-hours incident support. Travel to Philly and Reston quarterly or as business needs require. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Salary: National Pay Range: $100,694.22 USD-$236,002.07 USDComcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
