Job Summary This role is under the Effectv Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics organization reporting to the Sr. Manager within the Data

Ops practice, forming the main bridge between business, analytics, and engineering teams. This position would predominantly enable the Client Management transformation initiative, responsible for designing and enabling the core pipelines for unlocking customer-centric data.

You will work with some of the brightest minds in the company to produce consumable data and expedite the time to insights for driving positive business outcomes. Job Description Responsibilities Deploys and maintain ETL and data pipelines in Databricks for Client Management and Insights & Analytics team using Terraform. Works on CI/CD pipelines in Databricks across data domains like Measurement & Attribution, Customer,

Audience, and Finance. Provides production support for existing data applications, ensuring proactive monitoring and data quality in Monte Carlo, and SLAs are being met.

Contributes towards aspects of the design and delivery of data solutions, including requirement gathering, testing and evaluation plans, and producing technical documentation. Helps troubleshoot data pipeline issues and co-ordinates data anomalies across teams as they arise. Responsible for managing pipeline changes and workflow enhancements in an agile manner with automated deployment tools. Tracking and evaluating performance metrics of pipelines or platforms and implementing cost-efficient optimizations.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Selected candidate expected to work east coast hours. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Tool Familiarity B. S. in relevant field (E. g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) Hands on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EMR, IAM, SNS, Lambda, EC2, Athena) Minimum 3 years ETL experience and coding in Spark and Python. Scala, Java, R, and bash-scripting are all good to have.

Data structures and database knowledge, SQL or No SQL (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Dynamo DB, Redis etc. ) Github / Gitlab / Bitbucket for Code version control. Ability to effectively communicate data complexities or results to a non-technical audience. Experience deploying, debugging, and maintaining data pipelines with the utmost data quality. Well-honed troubleshooting and analytical skills at various levels of difficulty. Ability to learn and consume information quickly, but also receptive to levels of ambiguity. Craving and solving difficult problems for the organization at large as well as those of your counterparts.
