Ardaman has the following opportunity available: WATER RESOURCES ENGINEERFull-time position working in our Orlando, FL office on a wide range of water resources engineering projects. We are looking
for an Engineering candidate that specializes in water numerical modeling (surface water, ground water and water quality). Interested candidates should be seeking to work in a challenging and collaborative team environment on large and medium scale H&H engineering projects.
REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be technically superior and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. B. S. in civil engineering or master's degree in water resources engineering is desirable. Prefer five years of non-academic experience, after graduation, working on water resources engineering projects under the supervision of a professional engineer. Experience completing watershed
studies, stormwater analyses and retrofits, drainage design, permitting, as well as other related experience is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Arc GIS, Auto CAD, ICPR 3 and 4, HEC-RAS or equivalent software is preferred. Familiarity with Arc Hydro, GWIS, SWMM, MIKE SHE, PONDS, HEC-HMS, Modret, HY-8, Storm CAD, Water CAD, Culvert Master, and Flow Master is a plus. Engineer or engineer in training (P. E. or E. I. T. ) in Florida is desirable.
