Minimum - Junior or senior standing student enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, communication design, or public relations - Strong interpersonal skills -

Strong oral/written communication skills - Clear understanding of marketing and branding best practices - Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail and effectively organize/prioritize a variety of tasks/projects - Previous exposure to Adobe Creative Suite and/or copywriting Desired - Any previous internship experience- Collaborate with team members to develop effective creative solutions/treatments across multiple channels, including print, broadcast, web-based and other emerging media - Support Talent Acquisition initiatives by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately - Incorporate style guide and brand standards into creative work - Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and ideas - Assist in developing creative content for all available mediums - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging throughout the design process - Demonstrate impact on business objectives by evaluating performance of deployed campaign and message strategies with relevant KPIs/outcomes - Ensure final products are developed within specifications for desired channels - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
