DUTIES: Support a variety of projects across a large program. Work off of minimal information and define project scope and goals. Only candidates who have worked with VHA data will be considered for this role. Develop, construct, expand, and optimize data and data pipeline architecture Define data assets to populate data models Design data integration's and data quality framework Design and evaluate open source and vendor tools for data lineage Work closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
