Job Functions / Responsibilities Be part of a team of New Product Implementation Engineers supporting development projects for new cabs, interiors, chassis, zero-emissions powertrains, outerbody components, and traditional combustion powertrains. Exact area of responsibility will be based on qualification, interests, and complete project portfolio coverage. Complete all necessary Manufacturing Documents supporting approved project schedule Track and report critical
metrics (readiness, defects, documentation, communication). Coordinate plant input for Manufacturing Engineering Requirements to Design Engineering Develop Manufacturing and Operations functional requirements documents and validation plans for software and hardware testing and programming Develop, backss, and implement processes to test and validate new truck systems technologies prior to production implementation Assist in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and lead efforts in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), where appropriate Review and develop new technologies for manufacturing, assembling, programming, and testing components and systems Supervises the acquisition and implementation of project-related capital tooling assets Document issues and escalate critical concerns Review drawings for manufacturing using the Windchill environment Design, validate, and implement logistics solutions for new products Domestic and International Travel will be required Qualifications & Skills B.

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the Manufacturing Engineer - New Product Implementation is $93,000 - $145,500 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.

and strengths in analog, mixed signal, and high-speed digital circuit design Experience designing multi-layer, high-density and complex PCB Experience in DFM, DFT and/or DFX and best practices for power integrity and signal integrity Experience and proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout design tool, Altium Designer preferred but will also consider other CAD software packages Experience with high-speed differential data interfaces such as any of the following would be ideal: MIPI CSI 2, LVDS, USB, Ethernet; And serial peripheral interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART Experience out of industries such as medical device, consumer electronics, aerospace, electronic manufacturing, etc.
Experience in 3D sensing technologies and/or RF or Radar Based systems or similar is a plus but not required Experience with high-speed analog mixed signal design is highly desired The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
