includes assistance in Continuous Improvement Efforts focusing on; Departmental Quality Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Improvement Projects, Line Balance Optimization and Improvements in Overall Departmental Efficiency.

Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills.
Proven problem solving skills are required. Ability to work in a self-directed environment is preferred. Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift. Must be able to work to work 40 hours per week. Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. MS office, specifically excel spreadsheets A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable.
