Northrop Grumman Chandler is looking for a Lead Principal Electrical Engineer III to support the TSE team within the Avionics Design Group. Job Duties: Lead a preexisting and growing team of Electrical Engineers and Engineering Technicians providing support for test set equipment maintained by the Avionics Design Group. Broad technical expertise and working knowledge of other related

disciplines. Apply electrical engineering principles to adapt or improve upon heritage features from previous successful designs of a similar nature.

Apply strong troubleshooting skills to lead junior engineers and technicians in their search for root cause of equipment failures. Demonstrate strong project management skills to assist in the maintenance of a growing number of test assets. Motivate team to address issues in a timely manner that is conducive with a manufacturing environment. Be a resource to team members releasing engineering documents and drawings. Act with safety as your number one priority through every aspect of the role Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' experience or master's and 3 Years Experience Salary Range: $90,400 - $135,600The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
