We examine and rationalize the existing content and customizations in the Share Point production farms with the intent of migration to future generation environments.

Role As an Infrastructure Engineer with familiarity of Microsoft Dynamic Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Platform, you will be using cutting edge Share Point technologies, such as to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Resolve issues, system configuration, perform upgrades, and implement changes to the environment in order to maintain the Share Point/CRM environments.

An Interim Secret Clearance is required. This position is Hybrid (some on client site requirements) Ensure system availability of Share Point 2013, 2019 and CRM on premise test, staging and production farms by providing operations and maintenance support Use knowledge of servers: Incident and problem tickets management for Share Point 2013, 2019 and CRM Dynamics 365 environments.

Ensure incidents and problems from all users are resolved quickly, completely and to the satisfaction of the customer Maintain platform infrastructure in accordance with Microsoft recommended best practices while also considering the customers unique requirements Adhere to established infrastructure standards,

policies, best practices and procedures related to the support and operations of our Share Point and Dynamics CRM environment Provide expertise in moving infrastructure from on premises to the cloud environment Collaborate with members of the Share Point Analyst Team, Project Managers, and other technical service partners to deliver Share Point solutions that surpass client expectations.

General/working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, LAN/WAN, IP addresses, and SQL server administration to complete a variety of projects Use Power Shell scripting to provide support with administration, implementation, and monitoring Update technical design and maintenance documentation for Share Point & CRM farms Perform patching and apply Stigs in order to ensure compliance to Risk Management Framework (RMF) to maintain an active Authorization To Operate (ATO).

Coordinate with Service Partners such as Server Operations, Cyber Security, and Database Teams to ensure Share Point & CRM farms remain operational Investigate and troubleshoot outages as needed to ensure we meet operational SLAs Work with Development teams to deploy custom applications in the environment as needed As with any position, additional expectations exist. Responsibilities Provide tier 3 and tier 4 technical support for Share Point & CRM environments On-call support high level incident and outages outside standard work hours Coordinate with JSP Collaboration Teams (Service Partners) to support ATOs, updating necessary documentation, etc Patching on a recurring basis Applying STIGS as needed Remediate IAVA findings for Share Point and Dynamics CRM Buildout Share Point and CRM environments virtually hosted machines Support Migrations for Share Point & CRM Support custom development deployments Implement SP governance in coordination with the Governance Manager Provide input for Weekly and Monthly Reports Engage with the F5 team to configure the F5 load balancer to allow high availability and continued operation of Share Point and Dynamics CRM Submit and track CRQ, Incidents & Work Orders as need and work with Service Partners to resolve Participate in ECRB & CAB meetings as necessary Resolve Incident & Work Order tickets related to Share Point/CRM infrastructure Provide ADHOC Share Point/CRM infrastructure related reports as needed Maintain and peer review on periodic basis of internal Engineering assets, i.

e. master server list, script repository, and etc Maintain supporting infrastructure documentation Maintain and track application-level certificates for all Share Point / CRM farms on NIPR/SIPR Maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve Share Point and CRM databases in adherence with MS best practices and procedures POC validation/testing for non-OTB solutions and applications (3rd party) Additional Engineering roles and responsibilities are specified in subsequent slides Troubleshoots, manages, and configures IIS and Share Point infrastructure Facilitate and support troubleshooting of systems included but not limited to OS, SQL, Trelix (HBSS), networking, firewall, and any other components to support a fully functioning Share Point/CRM farm Basic Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems 8+ years of infrastructure/system engineering experience Experience with Share Point 2013 and 2019 Familiarity with Share Point Online and CRM systems General CRM/Platform/Server Migration Experience Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements into system functionality within the CRM/Platform and Share Point framework General experience with CRM/Share Point configuration through the web UI Troubleshooting experience, working through various technical issues related to Share Point or dependencies Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements Security+ or equivalent certification Microsoft or Fed VTE certification focused on Server OS, Share Point, or CRM The desire to gain or use extra-curricular certifications as part of ongoing professional growth Must be within commuting distance of DC metro area to come on client site as required.

Those in Chesapeake, VA commuting distance will also be considered. Computing Environment (CE) certificate or certification pertaining to the Cyber Workforce IA role and position.
