in maintaining detailed inspection records. In the absence of the PCI, you will step in to fulfill their duties, ensuring the seamless continuation of product inspections. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in Final Product Inspections Collaborate with the Product Compliance Inspector to thoroughly inspect final products for adherence to customer specifications and engineering drawings.

Verify product dimensions, features, and performance characteristics to maintain quality standards. Measurement and Documentation Take accurate measurements and record product performance characteristics. Document deviations and non-conformances, maintaining detailed inspection records for future reference

and analysis. Nonconformance Reporting Identify and promptly document non-conformances, working closely with the PCI. Assist in the preparation of nonconformance reports outlining deviations from specifications and recommending corrective actions.

Record Keeping Assist in maintaining organized and comprehensive records of inspections, measurements, and non-conformances. Fill in for PCI Step in for the Product Compliance Inspector during their absence or when otherwise indisposed, ensuring continuity in product compliance efforts. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with the PCI, engineering, production, and other relevant departments to address and resolve quality-related issues.

Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate the smooth flow of information.

Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus. Proven experience in product inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards. Experience operating and maintaining forklifts a major plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement concepts. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Extended periods of standing and walking during product inspections and documentation processes. Ability to operate measurement tools, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other industrial trucks as well as overhead cranes. Capability to distinguish colors and backss product finishes accurately. Comfortable with bending and stooping to access and inspect various parts of the product. Capable of performing repetitive tasks, such as taking measurements and documenting inspection results.
