effective use of equipment best practices Developing and implementing unique processing systems to optimize the manufacturing of appetizer products Process optimization using statistical analysis software to process data Defining processing parameters that require historical data management for Mc Cain products Developing plant automation standards, through writing equipment control narratives and defining HMI screens Working in conjunction with vendor partners to develop proprietary processing equipment utilizing robotics for appetizer manufacturing QUALIFICATIONS In order to perform the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Strong technical aptitude, mechanical/electrical
engineering, and/or plant automation Ability to understand process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process narratives Knowledge of appetizer processing equipment, processing methods, manufacturing philosophies and basic manufacturing SOPs Experience with OSI PI, JMP, Factory Talk Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related field and at least two (2) years of experience in a Food Manufacturing occupation or similar.
