Job Responsibilities: Serve as a single point of contact for tenants on a large program with multiple sub-projects. Work directly with the tenant and industry partners to onboard, integrate and maintain a point of presence on the system. Interface with the government customer and other organizations to keep integration on track, on schedule, and manage expectations. Act as the advocate to ensure tenant requirements are being satisfied and

integrated throughout the development cycle. backss, document, coordinate, and track changes to baseline requirements for traceability and customer coordination.

Facilitate information sharing among team members for technical understanding, dependencies and status of capabilities, requirements, and services. Generate and maintain artifacts in support of program milestones and requirements capture throughout the program lifecycle. Coordinate with Functional Teammates (Traditional System Engineers, Test Engineers, and Information Assurance/Cyber Engineers) to ensure end-to-end requirements and process compliance. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI security clearance 5

(+) years of experience supporting large government programs in a customer service or helpdesk capacity.

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or process management, However, equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Experience leading and/ or support technical programs and working with technical staff Experience supporting Do D/IC customer system development and deployment in a secure environment Direct experience with satellite-based ground systems or cloud-based environment programs responsible for infrastructure integration and cloud reliability engineering Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing stakeholder expectations.

Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Cloud and Enterprise architecture concepts. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Ability to use Jira, Confluence, and other development tools. Experience creating detailed reports and briefing presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Power-Point. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
