Job Summary The Senior Electrical Engineer will support the Product Development Team in electrical component selection, schematic capture, printed circuit board layout, and releasing product for the Industrial Coating Systems division. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be required to effectively manage and communicate on deliverables, timelines, and results. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Develops components or sub-systems for new and existing products while working as a

lead team member. Development support to include, design concepts, electronic circuit design, circuit board sizing and layout, product cost estimates, purchasing prototype components, prototype fabrication, and test.

Performs calculations and analysis required for electronic designs at the component, circuit board, and sub-system level. Calculations include, component de-rating, power usage, Pulse Width Modulated control, frequency response, system stability phase and gain margins, and Proportional Integral Derivative tuning. Work in a lab environment to build and test design concepts and engineering prototypes for performance verification. This includes compiling and presenting test data to support the design team.

Troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems to the component level. Prepare production release documentation and support manufacturing during the first production build and test. Ability to manage and execute small projects as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree Experience: 5 - 10 years of related engineering experience Preferred Skills and Abilities Experience with industrial electrical components and electronics Ability to apply sound electrical engineering principles and practices in the design and verification of solutions.

Experience with electronic circuit schematic capture, circuit simulation (Spice), and PCB layout software. Familiarity with Altium PCB layout software would be a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical electrical engineering skills Must be self-motivated and possess a strong desire to grow and contribute Excellent organizational and communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Working Conditions Office environment.
