Essential Responsibilities: Assistance with equipment assembly and installation as well as performance characterization. Debug, and validation Perform and document installation qualifications (IQ) of equipment. Support execution of operational qualifications (OQ), process qualifications (PQ) Develop and improve procedures.
Quantify and characterize improvements. Perform and document engineering testing and experiments. Generate design documentation including detailed part and assembly drawings, manufacturing procedures, test methods, part specifications and lab notebook studies. Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Communicating test results concisely and in a timely
manner. Skills/Knowledge: Must be a self-starter with the ability to push tasks to completion; applicant must work well with strong initial guidance and prioritization but minimal daily oversight Proven ability to perform high quality experiments and testing Ability to work within a multidisciplinary group required.
Communication across disciplines (R&D, Operations and Quality) is required. Knowledge of statistics and validation Preferred Skills/Knowledge: Experience with Minitab, Statgraphics, or similar statistical tools Experience with Solidworks CAD, Labview, Python, & Matlab.
