Position Details Our team covers the full life cycle from emulation, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and CNO/CNE tool development. Our mission covers a wide range of targets, anything from major consumer electronics
to proprietary one-off systems. In addition, the position will provide deliverables for real-world use in relatively short turn-around times.
We seek a qualified engineer that can perform as a team member on activities involved with research, reverse engineering, emulation and tool development of complex classified and unclassified software applications. Projects will be undertaken in small teams with close coordination with customers to quickly enhance capabilities or resolve issues in existing tools for real-world applications. Working as part of a team you will also need to be familiar with source management tools such as GIT and team coordination tools like the Atlassian suite of work products.
All candidates must be US citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Required Skills 10 years of strong experience with one or more of the following: Reverse engineering and vulnerability research on embedded/RTOS systems Weaponize exploits against identified 0-day vulnerabilities Design/develop/test cyber capabilities that pass US government standards Perform analysis against IP network protocols to identify, decode, decrypt and extract relevant data from network traffic Perform hardware analysis to identify UART or JTAG interfaces and dump firmware Perform file format and network protocol fuzzing and triage and reverse engineer crashes Experience with scalable network solutions (CISCO, etc.

Our Failure Analysis Team is looking for a talented Electrical Engineering or Material Science college student to join our team this Summer as a Failure Analysis Engineering Intern in our Palm Bay office. The organization is responsible for root cause failure analysis of Renesas' products.
The successful candidate will work directly with Failure Analysis Engineers during their internship.
An intern working with the team can expect to learn failure analysis processes, techniques, and skills during their time with our team. Primary Responsibilities: Learn the basic failure analysis flows and gain experience with the use of optical and acoustic microscope, 3D x-ray tomography, photon emission and thermal microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and a variety of lab bench instrumentation. This equipment will be used to support both customers in the field as well as new product development teams. Additional candidates with software programming and instrumentation control skills will be encouraged to develop novel software tool sets that can automate various bench testing procedures used in the lab.
Qualifications: Pursuing a BS degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, material science or related technical degree. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus. Experience with electrical bench or instrument control work is ideal. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively. US citizen or a green card is required.

Environmental Health and Safety Engineer Develops, implements, monitors, and maintains company occupational and environmental health and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. As the lone Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety (OEHS) professional, you will shape and mold the safety culture of a manufacturing facility
comprised of 370 non-union employees; and provide support and guidance to site management on OEHS matters.
Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety. Maintain the Renesas OEHS written plans and specifications to ensure continued compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FDEP regulations. Ensure full adherence to safety and security requirements promulgated by the USNRC, and DHS. Lead the development and implementation of OEHS programs and activities to achieve and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory laws and regulations. Develop and maintain cordial and respectful working relationships with local authorities such as PBFD, Brevard Co.
Haz Mat, and PBPD as it relates to complying with federal mandates. Monitor legislative changes resulting in new OEHS regulations and determine their applicability to the organization's procedures. Plan and implement actions as appropriate. Anticipate and recognize workplace hazards, evaluate exposures, and offer control measures to protect employees from the identified hazards. Participate in internal audits as necessary, review findings and opportunities for improvement, and identify and implement corrective actions. Develop, coordinate, and conduct OEHS training. Perform periodic environmental inspections. Responsible for emergency response and planning operations and oversees the development and activities of the site's emergency response team. Evaluate and approve new chemical use in accordance with Haz Com requirements as a component of the management of change process. Coordinate and assist in the execution of capital OEHS projects to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise the site's hazardous waste operations (LQG).
Maintain the site's two radioactive materials licenses for compliance with FL Bureau of Radiation Control and US Nuclear Regulatory Commission mandates. Manage the site's air operation permit in accordance with FL Dept of Environmental Protection. Prepare and submit all federal and state OEHS-related reports. Key Qualifications Must be a self-starter and able to perform at a high level with minimal to no supervision. Bachelor's degree in an applied science, an OEHS discipline (e. g. industrial hygiene), or public health from an accredited institution. 8+ years of OEHS experience Thorough knowledge of state FDEP regulations, and federal OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to relate across all organizational levels. Strong proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
