Systematically executes market backssments, primary and secondary market research, and supports back-end financial modeling to create recommendations for product initiatives and adjustments. Develops and integrates applications to automate analyses and deliver results for consumption by non-technical audiences. Drives new and different ideas, innovation, and collaboration across the Home Centers team and various functions

(e. g. finance, IT, Supply Chain). Validates mathematical modelling results with design of experiments or empirical data in business processes, pilot studies or lab experiments.

Works in a team environment to advance understanding of the business process and elevate performance, completed by working with both internal resources and external partners. Explores options across all businesses and customers and can interface/collaborate in a business sensitive manner that is flexible and unbiased. Driving Decisions from Analytics - Utilize capabilities in data management and analytics to evaluate, develop, and deploy actionable insights to enable better decision-making and achieve business

results. Through an expanded use of analytics, continuously build a deep understanding of our customers and the marketplace.

Procures, cleanses, and organizes raw data from first, second, and third-party resources. Identifies meaningful data; interprets and leverages data to synthesize changes in market conditions or competitive behavior and support the creation and execution of strategies. Draws insights from recurring reports and dashboards to create actionable recommendations. Evaluates past performance to inform future strategy. Enrollment with key stakeholders including finance, analytics COE, and other targeted audiences. Advancing Data Analytics - Builds relationships, develops talents, and evolves the capabilities of everyone on the team.

Builds trusting relationships through effective and consistent communication, active listening, and dependability - becomes a key member of the team. Collaborate with business leaders across the enterprise as well as IT resources to drive the channel's data analytics strategy. Teaches others on how to leverage data and reporting to ensure the best and most efficient use of information that empowers them to make decision and achieve desired results. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems or similar; master's degree preferred.

3+ years of business analytics experience; sales experience is preferred. Advanced MS Excel, Power Point, and Power BI skills. Experience in applying analytical methodologies to solve complex problems. EXPERIENCE: Experience building analyses that can be repeated, scaled, and automated. Ability to execute small to medium scale projects with the ability to define scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, and change management. Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques (data mining, descriptive statistics, visualization) to solve complex business problems.

Experience in the effective utilization of visualization techniques to explore data to find root causes as well as presentation of results. Ability to influence business partners in their decision-making; clearly convey relevant information and ideas with confidence and in a manner that inspires the audience. Synthesize information by " connecting the dots" between data, people, projects, resources, products, opportunities, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Ability to understand how day-to-day activities fit within the broader strategy of the organization.

Proven ability to transform data into insights and insights into action with transparency and integrity. Proven ability to partner with internal and external business stakeholders in a matrix organization. Demonstrated executive presence, including confidence and strong listening skills.
