Job Description As a Staff Software Engineer, you will help design, build and test enhancements to the Connex Advantage software on the HP Non Stop Platform. You will be working

on multiple projects and work as an integral part of a cross-functional development team. This role will require a close working relationship with Quality Assurance, Technical Writers, UI Designers and other Software Engineers.

Responsibilities: Design, build or maintain HP Non Stop servers, using C, TAL and TACL Code to design specifications Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices and/or operating systems Confer with development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and help choose solutions Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure

that test cases mimic external interfaces Provide estimates for team based on Product supplied Business Requirements This is a hybrid position.

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e. g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a Ph D, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications - 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e. g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a Ph D in computer science - 6 - 10 years related experience working on Connex/Efunds software required - In depth knowledge of HP Non Stop and Guardian OS required - Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models required - Ability to understand requirements independently and design and build the solution - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills required - Ability to work independently and manage one's time Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U. S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 146,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
