and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO. Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and attorneys to gather necessary information for patent applications.

Conducting interviews with patent examiners and participating in patent office actions and responses. Managing and maintaining client relationships related to patent prosecution matters. Staying abreast of changes in patent law and keeping clients informed about relevant developments. Requirements: A high level of academic achievement.3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. A solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience. Degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering. Admission to the USPTO.
