need a Deputy SEIT Lead (Principal Systems Engineer) will coordinate closely with the SEIT Lead on the execution of the overall systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) effort on the program.

The successful candidate would: Have experience in some, though not necessarily all, of the core SEIT functions listed below Have an interest in growing their technical skills on a high visibility program Be comfortable both taking direction and giving direction Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and execute the systems engineering core functions Plan, execute, and close out system reviews (e. g. SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, FCA, PCA, etc. ) Ensure system technical compliance with the

program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements Provide guidance on Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) activities Ensure vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program verification and validation efforts Interface with the customer for the System Technical Baseline Management Monitor and manage the systems engineering metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core systems engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule Support cost account management (CAM) work for the systems engineering responsibilities Report monthly Systems Engineering Status and Metrics for Customers and Functional Organization Support the transition of the system to the operations, maintenance, and sustainment stakeholders Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree with 3 years of experience or a Ph D with 0 years of experience in a STEM field.

4+ years of directly applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Active Do D Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility Demonstrated experience in at least 4 of the lines listed in the Roles and Responsibilities section 3+ years of experience in systems development, integration, and/or test.

This can be achieved through a combination of professional and academic experiences Preferred Qualifications: Domain expertise in airborne sensor systems Prior experience in supporting developmental systems Understanding of Do D systems engineering requirements Knowledge of earned value management This position is contingent upon transfer of Do D Secret Clearance and successful acquisition of a SAP access Salary Range: $102,400 - $153,600The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
