About the Role: Job Title: Security and Encryption Engineer Day to Day: Ascendion is in search of a Security and Encryption Engineer to join the Disputes Technology organization. This individual will oversee the security and encryption aspects of various initiatives, encompassing legacy system modernization, migration to the AWS cloud, development of new functionalities within AWS, and the introduction of a new platform. Must Have: 6+ years in developing, executing and monitoring of security
measures to protect information systems including databases and file stores.
Strong skills in implementing PGP encryption to protect file stores on variety of storage mediums and distributed architectures Identify and define security requirements in choosing algorithms and protocols Experience in implementing cryptographic keys management is a must Experience in implementing in database native encryption and / or third party encryption methodologies is required A strong experience in SDLC delivery in Agile methodologies Location: 3 days Onsite in a week from Tampa, FL Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $85,000 - $92,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
