Omaha District, U. S Army Corps of Engineers. This Engineering Technician position performs construction management and contract administration. Duties Performs construction contract administration duties including the review and processing of contract submittals, requests for information, pay requests and contract modifications.
Duties include documenting construction activities in daily reports and creating meeting minutes and formal contract correspondence for contract record purposes. Uses the Resident Management System (RMS) and the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) to perform contract admin and financial management functions.
